Standard Reservations
Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, a fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged.
No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
Non-Refundable Reservations
Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified. The full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date will forfeit the full amount paid for the reservation.
Group Reservations
Cancellation Deadline: For group reservations (5 rooms or more), cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation Fee: If a group reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, a fee equivalent to one night’s stay per room will be charged.
No-Show Policy: For group reservations, no-shows will be charged a fee equivalent to one night’s stay per room.
Special Packages and Promotional Rates
Cancellation Policy: Special packages and promotional rates may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the package or promotion at the time of booking.
Early Departure
Policy: Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will be charged for the full length of the stay as originally booked, unless otherwise agreed upon with the hotel management.
Extenuating Circumstances
Consideration: In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, the hotel may consider waiving the cancellation fee. Documentation may be required.
